These terms govern the use of Kivo, on the kivoquiz.com website and in the Android app, and the purchases offered there. By creating an account or playing, you accept them.

The service
Kivo is a general knowledge game where every answer is a number. It can be played without an account; an account keeps your progression and gives access to social features and the shop. The game evolves: modes, scoring, content and rewards may change, in particular to keep the game balanced.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. A minor must obtain the agreement of a person with parental responsibility before any purchase.
- The information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Your username must not impersonate anyone, nor be offensive or misleading.
- An account is personal. Creating several accounts to gain advantages (gifts, referrals, rewards) is prohibited.
Rules of conduct
- No cheating: no automated programs, no exploiting of flaws. Report any flaw you discover to support@kivoquiz.com.
- Respect other players: no harassment, no hateful, violent, sexual or discriminatory content, no spam, no disclosure of other people's personal information.
- Do not post any unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
In case of a breach, Kivo may remove content, restrict the posting of content or messages, and suspend or close an account, with no refund of virtual items. A moderation decision can be contested by writing to support@kivoquiz.com.
